Terms of Service
Effective date: June 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OneVoicer (the “Service”), operated by Preisz Consulting, LLC (“OneVoicer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, submitting a response, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What OneVoicer does
OneVoicer lets you pose a question (a “voicer”) and share a link so that other people can submit short written replies (“voices”). The Service uses third-party artificial-intelligence providers to blend the submitted replies into a single synthesized written answer. The Service is text-based; it does not collect audio recordings or voice biometrics. “Voice” refers to a written reply.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
3. Accounts
- Account creation and sign-in are handled through our identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account information (such as your email address and name) and to keep it current.
- Notify us promptly at support@onevoicer.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Organizations and plans
- Your data is organized within an “organization.” Every account has a personal organization, and paid team plans may include shared organizations with multiple members and roles (owner, admin, member).
- Plan tiers, prices, and usage limits (for example, the number of active voicers, total voicers, and replies per voicer) are described on our pricing page and are enforced as part of the Service. We may change plans, features, and limits prospectively; material changes to a paid plan will be communicated before they take effect.
5. Billing
- Paid subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card details; those are handled by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) until cancelled. You may cancel or manage your subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
6. Your content and responses
- Your content. You retain ownership of the questions, details, and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Your Content as needed to operate and improve the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers to generate blended answers.
- Submitted replies. Replies submitted through a shared link may be submitted anonymously or by a signed-in responder, depending on the voicer’s settings. If you submit a reply, you grant us and the asker the rights described above with respect to that reply, and you represent that you have the right to submit it.
- Share links. A voicer’s share link is its credential, so anyone who has the link may view the voicer and, subject to its settings, submit a reply. You are responsible for how you distribute share links.
- AI-generated answers. Blended answers are generated by third-party AI providers and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. They are provided for informational purposes only, and you should not rely on them as professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law or the rights of others;
- submit or solicit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that contains personal data of others without authorization;
- attempt to de-anonymize responders or misuse submitted content;
- upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or disrupt the Service, or circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls;
- scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted; or
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
We may remove content or suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or others.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Preisz Consulting, LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We grant you no rights other than those expressly stated here.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, payments, and AI text generation. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEVOICER AND PREISZ CONSULTING, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Preisz Consulting, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date or by notifying you). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
