Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Preisz Consulting, LLC (“OneVoicer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use OneVoicer (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
OneVoicer is a text-based tool. We do not collect audio recordings or voice biometric data; “voice” refers to a written reply.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account through our identity provider, we receive your email address, your name, and an identifier from the provider. We do not receive or store your password.
Content you create. The questions and details you create (“voicers”), their settings, and the AI-generated blended answers.
Replies (“voices”). Short written replies submitted through a voicer’s share link. A reply may include an optional name supplied by the responder. Replies may be submitted anonymously (no account) or by a signed-in responder, depending on the voicer’s settings. When a responder is signed in, we associate the reply with their account only to enforce one-reply-per-account; that identity is not shown to the person who created the voicer.
Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our third-party payment processor handles your payment. We store a customer identifier from the payment processor and your plan status, but we do not collect or store your full payment card details.
Technical and security information. For administrative actions within the Service, we log the actor’s IP address and browser user-agent in a security audit log. For all visitors, we use IP addresses transiently to enforce rate limits; these are held in memory only and are not written to our database.
Cookies. We use strictly functional cookies only: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie used during the sign-in process. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the Service contains no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- authenticate you and keep your session secure;
- generate blended answers from submitted replies (see Section 3);
- process subscriptions and enforce plan limits;
- protect the Service against abuse, fraud, and security threats; and
- communicate with you about your account or the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI processing
To generate a blended answer, the question, its details, and all submitted replies (including any names responders chose to include) are transmitted to third-party AI providers that perform the text generation. By creating or submitting to a voicer, you understand that this content will be processed by those providers for this purpose. Because replies can be submitted anonymously, do not include sensitive personal information in a reply.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers / subprocessors. We use third parties for authentication, cloud hosting and database storage, payment processing, and AI text generation. They process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
- People you share with. Content you create is visible to anyone with the voicer’s share link, subject to its settings; submitted replies are visible to the person who created the voicer.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of OneVoicer, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Data storage and retention
Information is stored on cloud infrastructure located in the United States (AWS, Oregon region). We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations. We use soft deletion: when content or an account is deleted, it is marked deleted and removed from normal views, and may persist in our systems for a period before final removal from backups.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (TLS), opaque session tokens (we store only a hash of your session token), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction. You can view and update your account information through the Service.
- Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us at support@onevoicer.com.
- Regional rights. Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@onevoicer.com. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at support@onevoicer.com.
9. International users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
